The Self-Care Sips + Bloom Bottle Bundle carries 8694 reviews, a proof asset that ads can use far beyond its product page.

Danilo Vicioso

Who I am

  • Former COO of Tabs. Built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it.
  • Founded Mainstreet, a consumer home-services platform: a team of 70, $25M raised (Greylock, Khosla, YC, Tim Ferriss). It failed.
  • Before that: Quintessential Ventures, an early seat at a high-growth startup, and entrepreneur-in-residence at Prehype.
  • I'm moving into growth specifically. The creative and top-of-funnel work is what I want to be doing every day.

What I noticed

  • The Self-Care Sips + Bloom Bottle Bundle carries 8694 reviews at a 4.7 rating. That is a proof asset worth building ads around, not leaving inside a product page.
  • The 4-Week Lose Starter Pack lists at 66.07 EUR against a struck-through 123.93, with 105 variants. That is a big discount story buried under a long variant picker.
  • The site lists two free-shipping lines: above €50, and on any order of $150. A visitor can meet both, which muddies the offer.

What I built

What I'd do here

  • My KPI: scale ad spend, hold target CAC. Everything else follows from that, starting with the Self-Care Sips + Bloom Bottle Bundle.
  • Week to week: launching a bunch of different experiments, losers killed early. One variable per test, starting with Energy Support.
  • Creators: women who train with a Bloom Water Bottle, women who meal-prep High Protein Oats, and women past forty for Vitality 40+.
  • Reporting so you never have to ask. Daily CAC. Weekly what we learned. Monthly cohort payback on the Self-Care Sips bundles.
  • Event tracking I'd spec and work through with your team. That part isn't me. I haven't seen how your store reports orders today.

Month one: weekly targets, proposed

Creator videos / week01428425670
Landing pages live135789
New ads / week121212–2012–202020
Unique experiments234566

Two creators come on each week, so ten are live by week six. Each posts seven videos a week, 70 in all. New ads and landing pages follow the creators, and experiments grow to six. Proposed.

Creator videos a week = creators live × videos per creator. Week 1: 0 × 7 = 0; Week 2: 2 × 7 = 14; Week 3: 4 × 7 = 28; Week 4: 6 × 7 = 42; Week 5: 8 × 7 = 56; Week 6: 10 × 7 = 70.

How I'd start

  • Build a claims sheet from your own product pages, so every ad line on Energy Support and Belly Support uses only your own wording.
  • Pull the review proof from the Self-Care Sips + Bloom Bottle Bundle into a hook library and cut the first ad concepts.

I haven't seen your ad account or your numbers, and I have no experience in health and wellness; everything here comes from your public site.

I'd love to chat if this makes sense. Grab a time here.
