History

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, with the paid ad engine alongside it. This is the same playbook for Cabau Lifestyle: a creator roster, a hook library, losers killed early. The category is different, and I have not run health and wellness before, so the claims sheet is the brand's own wording.

Why now

  • 92.000+

    Reviews on the page

The page reads "Rated with 4.8 /5 from 92.000+ reviews". Creators would be filming products shoppers already rate.

    Published
  • 8694

    Reviews on one bundle

Self-Care Sips + Bloom Bottle Bundle carries 4.7 from 8694 reviews in its product data. It is the natural first film.

    Published
  • 91

    Reviews on the giftset

The Self-Care Giftset holds 4.8 from 91 reviews. A smaller product with room for a creator's unboxing to move it.

    Published
  • 10%

    A first-order offer

The site offers "Get 10% off your first order". Creators can mention it only while it is live on the site.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1 (Proposed). The simulator starts at $5.74. Every brief, pay decision and format is judged on closing that gap.

  2. One variable per test

A Bloom Cup film changes the first three seconds or the setting, never both. Seven videos per creator per week make clean tests possible.

  3. Losers killed early

A hook that stalls is dropped within the week. Winners go into the hook library and get briefed to the other creators.

  4. Creators quote the sheet

Three literal Cabau lines, nothing paraphrased. Anything about the body, cycle, sleep or weight goes to a question in the claims channel first.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. SofieMon 8:30 AM

Brief: Bloom Water Bottle. Line you can quote: "870 ml capacity: stay hydrated all day long". Variable this week: the first three seconds. Seven videos, please.

Noor: Got it. Desk setup for the first cut, gym bag for the second.

  2. IrisTue 10:15 AM

Can I say Creatine+ boosts my strength in the video?

Sofie: Not until the asterisk note is confirmed. Say it tastes like lemonade, show the pour, stop there.

  3. Report botAppMon 8:00 AM

Weekly report ready: seven videos logged per creator, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, three hooks promoted to the library, one format paused.

  4. SofieWed 2:00 PM

Draft back to Noor: the line about melting belly fat has to go. Use the label: "Source of fibre: over 5 grams per serving". Reshoot the opening.

    Noor: Fair. Reshooting tonight.

  5. Report botAppFri 6:40 PM

Iris posted a Bloom Cup video that passed 100,000 views on organic only. $50 flat logged. This was her bonus for the month.

  6. SofieThu 9:00 AM

Check: did any video this week break the claims sheet or the category rule? Reply yes or no before noon.

  7. NoorThu 9:20 AM

No. Seven filmed, six posted, one held back for a lighting reshoot. Claims sheet open on my phone for every take.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Gym bag unpack

    Brief 01

    Gym bag unpack

“Everything in my gym bag, and the lemonade drink.”

Overhead on a bench: unpack item by item, Creatine+ last. One take, natural light, no cuts.

  2. Self-Care Sips taste test

    Brief 02

    Self-Care Sips taste test

“One sachet, one bottle. Tell me what you taste.”

Tear the sachet, pour into the Bloom Bottle, shake, drink. Say the flavor as it lands.

  3. High protein breakfast

    Brief 03

    High protein breakfast

“My high protein meal, made while the kettle boils.”

Kitchen counter, hands only: open the bag, add water, stir, taste. Keep it under one minute.

  4. Belly Support routine

    Brief 04

    Belly Support routine

“My afternoon routine, one scoop at a time.”

Scoop, glass, stir, sip. Read only the label line: Source of fibre: over 5 grams per serving.

  5. Desk drawer snack

    Brief 05

    Desk drawer snack

“What's in my desk drawer? Smart Protein Bars.”

Open the drawer, name the bars, unwrap one, bite on camera. Say the flavor as you taste it.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Double-walled stainless steel keeps your drink hot for up to 8 hours and cold for up to 12 hours”, “870 ml capacity: stay hydrated all day long”, “Less than 120 kcal per serving”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Reviewers of the bundle

Self-Care Sips + Bloom Bottle Bundle carries 4.7 from 8694 reviews. Read the buyers who write at length, then ask one by one.

  • Training and yoga circles

Women who film workouts, mat sessions or jump rope work. They already own the things Bloom Yoga Mat and Jump Rope stand for.

  • Meal-prep and breakfast cooks

Creators who film oats, shakes and bars. High Protein Oats and Protein Lemonade drop into their routine without a script.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page in the pages I read. The first outreach is cold: one message, one product named.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Uses the product

Shows a product they bought or would buy. No shelf props.

  2. 2Voice in three seconds

The hook is spoken, not captioned. We watch the first cut.

  3. 3Clean claims record

No history of body or health promises on the profile.

  4. 4Weekly cadence

Can deliver seven videos per week without quality drop.

  5. 5Audience fit

Comments read like Cabau's customers: women training, cooking, sipping.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Gym regular

Films the bag, the shaker and the sip after training. Natural taste reviews.

    Likely product: Creatine+

  • Desk hydration voice

Works from a desk, tracks water in the day. Shows the bottle at 870 ml.

    Likely product: Bloom Water Bottle

  • Meal-prep cook

Cooks high protein meals in quick takes. Pours, stirs, tastes.

    Likely product: High Protein Meal

  • Yoga and mobility teacher

Teaches short sessions and carries her own mat to the studio.

    Likely product: Bloom Yoga Mat

  • Self-care journaler

Plans her week on paper. Journals with stickers and a cup nearby.

    Likely product: Bloom Journal

  • Over-forty routine voice

Speaks from her own routine, never from the ingredient list.

    Likely product: Vitality 40+

Left off, every time

Always out: minors, creators who promise weight loss or body results, anyone with a record of medical claims, creators who run down other brands, and anyone who will not use the claims sheet. Category rule: no health-outcome promises, ever.

Part 8 of 15

  5. Runners who show their bottle and their recovery routine
  6. Home-workout creators using a jump rope in small spaces
  7. Women who journal their week and show the pages
  8. Skincare-routine creators who add a collagen step
  9. Smoothie and shake creators who film the pour
  10. Creators who unbox giftsets for friends
  11. Students who film study-day snacks
  12. Over-forty creators who talk routine, not results

Claims

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Double-walled stainless steel keeps your drink hot for up to 8 hours and cold for up to 12 hours”

Bloom Cup films, only when the cup is on screen.

  • “870 ml capacity: stay hydrated all day long”

Bloom Water Bottle desk and gym films.

  • “Less than 120 kcal per serving”

Protein Milkshake taste tests, said with the product in hand.

  • “Source of fibre: over 5 grams per serving”

Belly Support routine films, read from the label.

  • “14 handy sachets for 14 servings of Beauty+Water”

Beauty+Water unboxings where the box is counted on camera.

  • “4 products to kickstart your self-care journey”

    The Self-Care Giftset unboxing.

  • “Get 10% off your first order”

Only while the offer is live on the site on the day of posting.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Melts belly fat

A body outcome. The site only states fibre per serving.

  • Fixes your cycle

A health outcome. Cycle Support is a product name, not a promise.

  • Better than any other creatine

A comparison the site never makes.

  • Guaranteed weight loss

A health outcome. Weight plans are sold, results are never promised.

  • Safe for everyone, pregnancy included

A safety claim with no source.

  • Replaces your doctor's advice

Medical advice. Creators show use, taste and routine only.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Boosts your strength & performance*

The asterisk note was not in the text I read. Confirm the footnote before any creator quotes it.

  • Due to a labeling error, the packaging states 60 capsules. This product contains 30 capsules.

Appears on Mind Support and Berberine+. Confirm the packaging before creators show capsule counts.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

First-time creators, one format tested at a time; they move up once their hooks hold.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Creators who post every week on Cabau-style routines and consistently land the hooks in the brief.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Proven creators who carry a whole product line, like Creatine+ or Self-Care Sips, across formats.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, even if several videos pass 100,000 views.
  • Per video: $50 flat once a single video passes 100,000 views.
  • Organic views only. Paid spend on a video never counts toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Read it as a gap: the PLAN gives $5.74 per 1,000 views against a $1.00 target. Closing it needs 4.2% of videos going viral or a median video at 21,711 views.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winner

A video past 100,000 views on organic, or the lowest cost per 1,000 views of the week.

  2. Get written rights

The creator agrees in writing before any spend. The claims sheet applies to the paid version too.

  3. Test as its own ad

Launch as a separate ad, one variable per test, original post untouched.

  4. Scale or kill

Losers killed early. Winners get the next brief and a new variation.

From the video to the checkout

  • The Self-Care Sips Try-Out Box is marked "Start here" on the site, the natural first-purchase destination.
  • Product pages carry review counts, like 4.8 from 91 reviews on The Self-Care Giftset.
  • Free shipping above €50 is on the site; creators mention it only if it is still live.
  • Get 10% off your first order is the only first-order offer I found.
  • No retailer or shelf listing was found in the pages I read, so videos point to checkout, not a shelf.

Part 15 of 15

Category

Health and wellness: what creators must follow

Cabau sells supplements, weight plans and bottles. Creators show use, taste and routine; they never promise results. Every sheet line comes from the brand.

  • Claims sheet only

Three literal lines on the sheet. A creator who wants to say anything else asks in the claims channel first and waits for an answer.

  • No weight promises

Cabau sells Lose Starter Pack and Fatburner Support. Creators may name them but never promise outcomes, timelines or before-and-after comparisons.

  • No body outcomes

Cycle Support, Sleep Support and Mood Support are product names. Creators never say what they change in a body.

  • Confirm asterisk lines

Any line that ends with an asterisk, like the strength and performance claim, stays out until the footnote is confirmed by the brand.

  • Disclose every video

Each post says it is a paid partnership, on screen and in the caption, in the creator's own words. No hidden placements.

  • A broken rule costs the bonus

A video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule gets no $50 bonus and is taken down. Caps from $600 to $1,500 still apply.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
